CHICKEN, MUSHROOM AND
ONION AU GRATIN

Scrumptious flavors of fried mushrooms and onions combined with
diced rotisserie hen, a creamy sauce, grated Mozzarella on prime and a Crispy
Crumb Topping. This Crispy Crumb Topping is helpful as a substitute of breadcrumbs (tastier) for topping a wide range of totally different casseroles.

Preheat
the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In
massive bowl, put aside hen.  In
nonstick frying pan, in 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil, over medium warmth, stir-fry
mushrooms unitl moisture has evaporated and mushrooms are browning.  Add mushrooms to the hen.  In remaining olive oil, cook dinner onions over

When the peppers are softening, add garlic and dried parsley, salt and
