CREAMY LEMON SLICES



Creamy lemon filling utilizing my low-carb condensed milk and a
pretty shortbread crust.  This dessert
lasted barely 24 hours in our home!  You
could like these straight out of the fridge or put aside for 10 to 15 minutes
at room temperature for a good creamier texture.  I positively preferred them each methods, so you’ll need to decide on which you favor.

1/three cup butter,
melted (75 mL)

1/Eight tsp almond extract (zero.5 mL)

1/three cup boiling
water (75 mL)

2 tbsp unsalted butter (30 mL)

2 tbsp common butter (30 mL)

1 cup entire milk powder, OR (250 mL)

Liquid sweetener (sucralose or stevia) to equal 1/2 cup (125 mL)

1/2 cup recent squeezed lemon juice (125 mL)

Preheat
the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Shortbread Crust:  In medium bowl, place Gluten-Free Bake Combine 2.  In small bowl, mix butter,
liquid sweetener and almond extract. 
Stir into bake combine and unfold out in an Eight-inch (20 cm) glass dish.  Bake 12 minutes and permit to chill.

Condensed Milk:  In blender, mix boiling water, unsalted
butter, common butter, entire milk powder, liquid sweetener and erythritol, OR
xylitol.  Mix till very easy,
scraping the edges not less than as soon as.

Filling:  To condensed milk add egg yolks and lemon
juice; mix effectively.  Pour over cooled
crust.  Bake roughly 15 minutes, or
simply till set.  Enable to chill and
refrigerate.



Yield: 16 to 25 servings
