CHICKEN IN CREAMY CHARDONNAY SAUCE

The breading is straightforward and attractive and now add a pleasant
Creamy Chardonnay Sauce with lemon and garlic and you’ve got a restaurant-quality
entrée.  My husband raved about this juicy rooster in probably the most flavorful sauce ever!

2 massive
rooster breasts, OR four smaller

tbsp mild olive oil (30 mL)

tbsp Gluten-Free Bake Combine 2, (90 mL)

tbsp Parmesan cheese (30 mL)

tsp dried parsley (10 mL)

1/2tsp
black pepper (2 mL)

tbsp minced garlic (15 mL)

1/2cup
Chardonnay or any white wine (125 mL)

1/2cup
heavy cream (125 mL)

tbsp lemon juice (15 mL)

1/2tsp
dried parsley (2 mL)

1/eighttsp
black pepper (zero.5 mL)

Slice rooster breasts in half horizontally. 

Breading:  In small bowl, mix Gluten-Free Bake Combine
2, page___, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and black pepper.

Egg Wash:  In small bowl, beat eggs with water.

Creamy
Chardonnay Sauce:
  In nonstick pan, in butter, cook dinner garlic.  Add white wine and heavy cream and convey to
the boil.  Stir in lemon juice, parsley,
salt and pepper.  Put aside.

Dip rooster cutlets in egg and let extra drip
off.  In clear bowl, spoon breading from
the small bowl onto either side of fish fillets. 
In two nonstick pans, in 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter and 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive
oil in every, cook dinner 2 rooster cutlets, flipping sometimes till golden brown
