SNOW-CAPPED CHOCOLATE
CUPCAKES

erythritol, bitter cream, olive oil and vanilla extract.

In giant bowl, mix Gluten-Free Bake Combine 2, OR different bake combine, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.  To moist elements, add half dry elements
with half espresso; beat after which add remaining dry elements and low and

muffin cups.  Bake 16 to 18 minutes, or
